If you are using Microsoft Access SYNDi creates the mdb file whereas for SQL Server it creates mdf file.

You may have logged onto SYNDi using the wrong database (i.e. SYNDi Test Financial). Exit SYNDi>”Company” toggle the Finder and switch the desired company

Setup > Company Profile > Look at "DB Name" at the bottom of the screen

You must have one of the following programs: Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server. If you decide to use the former you do not need to have Microsoft Access on your system. However, if you decide to use SQL Server, you must have it already installed on the system.

Simply locate your database file and than copy it (Right click & Copy). Right click and paste the copied database into a separate folder or rename it (ensure you do not post over original database or you will only have one copy).

Transactions > Borrower Receipts > Receipts Entry (Finder) > Click “Include Posted Receipts” > Select the desired receipt > Reverse > Post Periodic Processing > Cancel Latest Billing > Enter Loan ID > Select Billing Date > Process

Once you have posted an investor payment you can not reverse the payment to the investor. You can reverse the billing and borrower receipts by following the steps above but this will NOT cancel the payment to the investor.

Increasing the loan amount requires selecting an investor who will be contributing money.
